This pre-conference session will focus on the EDGAR and UGG sections that had changes in recent months. The session will be provided from the subgrantee point of view and emphasize what the changes mean and look back at the past and toward the future. These changes go into effect generally for new federal awards (new TEA NOGAs) issued after October 1, 2024. However, USDE is allowing TEA to implement some of the more beneficial flexibilities and changes earlier and apply them to the 2024-2025 grants already issued. Come ready to learn it and do it as we go back to the future."
